With a German license, European orientation and a new sponsoring philosophy, this young Continental team is setting new standards in professional cycling. 14 selected, international talents have been given the chance to gain new experience in their sport and make it all the way to the top. Along with the most experienced co-sponsors in bike racing, the team's main sponsor NetApp, a global IT provider for storage and data management after which the team is named, has provided these athletes with the best conditions for achieving their goals. Under the direction of Team Manager Ralph Denk and Sports Directors Jens Heppner and Enrico Poitschke, this new team has emerged with an ambitious goal: to reach the ProTour in three years.
